Service & Return Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns within 3 days, after delivery, with full refund for all MISQUOTED MERCHANDISE ONLY. We will pay for return postage. All returns must be in original condition. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained by request from contacting us by email through [email protected] - "eCrater Return" as subject. Specific instructions for return will be provided with RA number. Please feel free to ask questions, we will do our best to answer quickly and honestly. This information includes but is not limited to the computer operating system, browser identity, browser version, domain name, and referring web page may be collected by sit2buy computer and analyzed to advance the sit2buy program and better serve it’s customers.
